What shipping methods do you use?
Crave Chocolate ships via FedEx and UPS, we offer the following shipping options:
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Can I place an order to be shipped out of the U.S.?
We do not ship outside of the U.S.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders will ship within 24 hours unless otherwise specified when placing order.
Is same day delivery available?
We offer same day delivery within a 10 mile radius.

Is my arrival date guaranteed?
We are not able to guarantee arrival dates and times for Shipping Orders since we ship through a third party (UPS or FEDEX). For special occasions, we recommend arrival at least one - two days early. For weekend events, we recommend arrival on Thursday.
Do I need to be home to sign for my Shipping Order?
No, we do not require a signature for our packages, which means that your order will be left at the arrival destination as long as the delivery person feels comfortable doing so. If the 1st Attempt is unsuccessful, a 2nd Attempt will be made as soon as the delivery person can accommodate it, usually on the following business day.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight, distance, and transit type. In order to calculate a shipping rate, we need to know what you want to order, where your order is being shipped, and which transit option you would like to ship with.
Can I make changes to my Shipping Order?
We can modify your Shipping Order up until 24 hours prior to your ship out date. However, we always do our best to accommodate last minute changes.
Can I ship chocolate during warm weather?
Yes! We include frozen gel ice packs and insulated packaging, we also suggest that you choose expedited shipping during your checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address immediately after placing the order.
Can shipments be tracked?
Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number via email when your shipment starts transit.
We do not accept returns; however if a product is damaged during shipping we will replace the item if notified within 7 days of the delivery.
In which states do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax only applies for orders that are purchased and/or shipped within NJ. NY tax is applied to products when shopping in our Westchester location.
Which payment methods are accepted?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Discover.
How will the charge appear on my credit card?
Crave Chocolate, LLC.
What customization or personalization options are available?
We can customize labels and cards with your logo and personal message. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
What is Crave's Policy on Donation requests?
Although we would like to honor all requests, Crave chocolate receives hundreds of solicitations for donations and promotions annually and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone. As a result, we prioritize and make donations to select organization that we often partner with, as well as make donations to organizations that are supported directly by a Crave employee.
What are your hours of operation for Customer Service?
You can reach our customer service team Monday - Sunday 24 hours a day.
Do your products contain nuts, peanuts or tree nuts?
Although Crave chocolate does not make any products with nuts, we dip, mix and bake popular products that are not made in a nut free facility.
On the chance that we run out of a specific item we will contact you and confirm that we can replace this item with another item of equal or greater value.
If we do not hear back from you we will ship the substituted item to ensure your gift arrives on time.
